  • Green ID: a Distributor whose activation is current. Red ID: a registered member whose activation is not current.

3. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
  2. One person may hold only one ID. Benami, duplicate or proxy IDs are not allowed.
  3. You must not have previously had an ID cancelled by us for fraud or a code-of-conduct breach.

4. Registration, activation and pricing

  1. Registration is free. We charge no joining, renewal or recruitment fee.
  2. Registered members can buy at Customer prices at any time.
  3. To become a Green ID, get Distributor pricing and be eligible to earn, you need purchases totalling 500 BV within a rolling 30-day window. Each 500 BV keeps you Green for 30 days.
  4. You may buy multiples of 500 BV in one go to extend Green status, up to a maximum of 12 months ahead. Purchases beyond that do not extend it further.
  5. When your Green period ends, your ID turns Red until you complete another 500 BV purchase.
  6. You are never obliged to buy stock beyond what you need for your own use or genuine resale.

5. KYC and withdrawals

  1. You can earn and use your Wallet balance against orders without completing KYC.
  2. To withdraw Wallet balance to your bank account, you must complete KYC (PAN, Aadhaar and bank details) and it must be approved by us.
  3. Withdrawals are allowed only while your ID is Green. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
  4. Withdrawals are processed fortnightly, twice a month, on [dates].
  5. On each withdrawal we deduct TDS at 2% under section 194H of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (or the rate applicable at the time) and an administrative fee of 3%.
  6. Wallet balance is a record of earnings and credits under the Compensation Plan. It is not a deposit, carries no interest, and cannot be transferred to another member. Any Wallet balance not withdrawn or used within 12 months of being credited expires.

6. Compensation Plan

  1. Earnings are calculated only as set out in the Compensation Plan and Income Disclosure pages, which form part of these Terms.
  2. Earnings arise only from the sale of products. No income is paid for introducing a person.
  3. BV is counted when an order is delivered. If an order is cancelled, replaced or bought back, the related BV and earnings are reversed against your available balance, or recovered from future balance.
  4. We may change the Compensation Plan with 30 days' notice on the website and by email or WhatsApp.
  5. We do not guarantee any level of income. Results depend on your own effort and sales.

7. Sponsor

  1. Your Sponsor is fixed at registration.
  2. A Sponsor change is allowed only with written consent from your 4 nearest upline members (or all of them, if fewer than 4 exist) and our approval.

8. Selling and your personal portal

  1. Distributors get a selling portal to resell products bought from Sabki Shop. A buyer who buys through your portal joins your Team.
  2. You may sell Sabki Shop products only through the Sabki Shop website, app or your Sabki Shop portal.
  3. Listing or selling our products on any other platform (for example Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho) is a breach of the Code of Conduct.
  4. You may not run paid advertisements using the Sabki Shop name or any brand name sold on the platform without our prior written approval.

9. Your status: independent Direct Seller

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of the Company. You are responsible for your own taxes and costs. You may not bind the Company to any contract or collect money on our behalf.

10. Code of Conduct

You must:

  • Describe products, prices and earnings truthfully, using only official materials.
  • Never promise or suggest guaranteed income; any income statement must say that results vary and need effort.
  • Give customers a proper invoice for every sale and respect MRP.
  • Carry the identity card we issue and share your ID details when asked by a buyer.
  • Not buy stock you cannot use or sell (no inventory loading), and not pressure others to do so.
  • Not persuade members to join another direct selling company.
  • Follow all Indian laws.

11. Orders and payment

  1. All orders are placed on the website or app and are prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available.
  2. Prices include GST. Every order carries an invoice with MRP, manufacturing and expiry dates and country of origin.
  3. Cancellations, replacements, cooling-off and buy-back are governed by our Refund, Return, Cancellation & Buy-back Policy.

12. Cooling-off period

As a new Distributor, you may cancel your distributorship within 7 days of your order, or until that order is delivered, whichever is later. Details are in the Refund, Return, Cancellation & Buy-back Policy.

13. Leaving and ID cancellation

  1. By you: you may request deletion of your ID at any time by email or WhatsApp. Before requesting deletion, withdraw or use your available Wallet balance. When you request deletion, you must confirm that you agree to forfeit any balance still in your Wallet. Buy-back of eligible stock applies as per our policy.
  2. By us: we may cancel an ID for fraud or a breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct. We will first send you a written notice by email and give you 15 days to respond. If you do not respond, or your explanation is not satisfactory, your ID will be blocked.
  3. On any ID deletion or cancellation: any Wallet balance remaining is forfeited to the Company (for a deletion you request, only after your confirmation above); your Team moves up to your Sponsor; and your right to use our trademarks ends.

14. Trademarks and content

The Sabki Shop name and marks belong to ABHIDHA & CO. and the Dharmayu name and marks belong to Dharamvir Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd.; the Company uses them under licence. Other brand names belong to their owners. You may use marks and content only for promoting products, as per our brand guidelines.

15. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you as a Distributor is limited to paying your computed and available Wallet balance, subject to these Terms, including KYC, Green status and the 12-month expiry in section 5. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for defective products.

16. Grievances

  1. Contact customer care on WhatsApp or email. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
  2. If unresolved, write to our Grievance Officer (details in section 1). Grievances are resolved within one month of receipt.
  3. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the Consumer Commission.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice on the website and by email or WhatsApp. Continuing to use Sabki Shop after that means you accept the change.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at District Court, Mohali, Punjab, have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Language

These Terms are available in English and Hindi. If there is any difference between them, the English version applies.
